Circle City Engineering is an Indianapolis-based engineering firm providing independent structural evaluations, foundation assessments, framing reviews, and moisture intrusion evaluations. We prepare signed and sealed engineering reports for homeowners, prospective buyers, real estate professionals, contractors, and property owners.
Circle City Engineering is led by Boaz, a licensed Professional Engineer in 11 states with a decade of engineering experience. His background includes forensic building investigations, residential and commercial structural assessments, foundation movement, storm-related damage, moisture-related deterioration, wood framing, masonry, concrete, geotechnical and environmental investigations, and construction materials testing.
Boaz is a Purdue University graduate and regularly completes continuing education related to structural evaluations, foundation performance and repair methods, wood-framed construction, building codes, and building damage investigations. He is also a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Indiana.
His additional qualifications include an active ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, Grade I certification, service as an examination proctor for the ACI Indiana Chapter, and an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial drone operations.
