HUD Manufactured Home Foundation Certification
We evaluate whether an existing permanent foundation meets applicable HUD requirements for manufactured housing. A licensed professional engineer reviews the foundation system, anchorage, support conditions, and other relevant components needed for lender or financing documentation. When the foundation meets the applicable criteria, Circle City Engineering provides the required engineering certification.
